About July 30, 2023
Hello!

I’m Michael, though most people call me Emi. This is my photography blog which I’ve been posting to on no particular schedule since 2011. As you might have guessed by now I’m an avid amateur photographer and collector of cameras. Over the years I’ve used pretty much any kind of camera and film that I’ve come across. My professional career as a software engineer led me to work for Lomography for a few years where I got to peek behind the curtain of the (analog) photography industry. A lot of the cameras I have in my collection and enjoy using are analog ones. Beyond those I also shoot a fair amount of digital photography.
For more nerdy projects you can have a look on my other website, emi.industries. You can also find me on the Fediverse!
